Shipping Policy
In Store Pick Up:
All in store pick ups will be available 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday at 298 S D St San Bernardino, CA, 92401. An email will be sent out when items are available to be picked up.

Processing and Handling
All orders will be packaged and shipped out within 3 business days of original purchase, unless order is placed with a pre-order. In which case all items will be shipped with pre-order item(s) unless stated otherwise.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders will be shipped out once product is received. In very rare cases pre-orders may be delayed due too shipment or manufacture error at which case we will notify you by email and ship out the product as soon as we can. You may cancel pre-orders up to a week before release date after that there will be no cancellation accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of TCG products we do not accept any returns on our products. All items will be shipped out with a tracking number that will be provided once the product is shipped out via email. J&S Collectibles cannot be held liable for missing or stolen products once the item has been marked delivered. If you are concerned about theft we highly encourage a $4 purchase for USPS to require a signature upon delivery . If the product is received damaged or not as described please reach out to us at jnscollectiblesie@gmail.com and we will make it right.
